Village on Morehead is a luxury senior living community in Charlotte, NC, built by BB+M Architecture and designed by Donna Guerra.
Stevens Group PR engaged me to create a series of images that would stand out from typical senior living photography. The goal was to produce editorial-style imagery tailored to attract female residents aged 55 and older. This vision was successfully achieved, and I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with them on several projects since.
Every shot was meticulously composed to highlight the community's stunning architecture and interior design. Post-production focused on refining colors to create images that were not only beautiful but also inviting and polished.
Significant attention was given to capturing the property’s best features at various times of the day, ensuring each image conveyed warmth and sophistication.
These final images have been featured in multiple ad campaigns, helping to elevate the appeal of this exceptional community.
